Mission Statement

J Baylock Foundation created Baylock Elites youth football and cheer to honor the legacy of Jacquice Baylock who was a great young man both academically and athletically. Our mission at Baylock Elites youth football and cheer are to develop elite football players and cheerleaders while empower youth confidence, strength, and life skills while having fun in a safe environment.

Goals

The goals of the program are to develop a sense of achievement, leadership skills, determination, teamwork, and a positive self-image for all participants. We will do our absolute best to ensure that each player is developed to his or her utmost potential and their talents are used for the team’s best advantage.  We will accomplish these goals by offering mentor programs while encouraging positive attitudes, work ethic, discipline, healthy lifestyles, perseverance, Accountability, Integrity, and self-respect. With these traits our youth will not only be successful athletically but throughout all aspects of their lives. We believe that together we can provide our surrounding communities with a youth program that are second to none.
