The J Baylock Foundation created Baylock Elites Youth Football & Cheerleading to honor the legacy of Jacquice Baylock, a remarkable young man who excelled both academically and athletically.

Our mission is to develop elite football players and cheerleaders while empowering youth with confidence, strength, leadership, and essential life skills all within a safe, supportive, and fun environment.

Our Goals

The goals of our program are to cultivate a strong sense of achievement, leadership skills, determination, teamwork, and positive self-image in every participant. We are committed to developing each athlete to their fullest potential while ensuring their talents contribute to the overall success of the team.

We accomplish these goals by providing mentorship opportunities and promoting positive attitudes, strong work ethic, discipline, healthy lifestyles, perseverance, accountability, integrity, and self-respect.

With these values as our foundation, our youth will not only succeed athletically but thrive in all areas of life. Together, we are dedicated to building a youth program that is second to none and strengthening the communities we proudly serve.
