On behalf of the Baylock Elites Youth Football and Cheer Program, I would like to extend an invitation to your organization to become a sponsor for our Fall football season in 2021. The Baylock Elites Youth Football and Cheer is a new program that is a non-profit organization whose mission and goals are to:
•Provide the youth with organized competition in a safe environment
•Bring our youth closer together through common interest in sportsmanship and competition
•Instill values of teamwork, honesty, loyalty, respect, education, and community service
•Acquaint the players with the fundamentals of the game.
•Encourage the players to maintain satisfactory grades in school and to emphasize the importance of keeping a proper relationship and balance between scholastic, community service and athletic endeavor.
We believe these ideals can benefit the young athletes as they grow and mature throughout their school years and into adulthood. Equally important, the program encourages and strengthens community involvement and interaction.
The most important steps in the planning process for a successful year is obtaining local and corporate sponsorships from businesses and organizations, to help offset some of the cost associated with the program. We are looking for sponsors who are willing to donate to assist in covering the program costs such as field maintenance, additional lighting, officials, new equipment, uniforms, insurance, trophies, EMT fees and our scholarship program.
If providing sponsorship for Baylock Elites Youth Football and Cheer is an option for you and your company, please take some time to review the sponsorship information I have included with this letter. Our sponsorship can be monetary or product equivalent to the sponsorship level. I am confident you will find a level of sponsorship that will be comfortable for your company as well as beneficial to our organization.
